We aim to complete projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to client changes, material availability, vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Materials & Vendors

We work with third-party vendors and suppliers. While we ensure quality standards, Modular Vision is not responsible for delays, defects, or warranties provided by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and visuals created by Modular Vision remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellation & Refund

In case of cancellation:

• Work completed until cancellation will be charged
• Advance payments may be partially non-refundable
• Custom materials once ordered cannot be refunded

10. Limitation of Liability

Modular Vision shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.
